Our mission is to cultivate a cadre of skilled and adept installers, maintenance technicians, and engineers for the dynamic renewable energy sector in the West African sub-region. Equipped to excel in a rapidly evolving global landscape, our professionals stand ready to drive sustainable change.
Our Vision
At Solar Power Training Centre, our aspiration is to create an ideal platform for aspiring Renewable Energy technicians and engineers. We are dedicated to equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills necessary to excel in Nigeria’s RE industry and to confidently compete on a global scale.
Our Expertise: Pioneering Excellence in Solar Training
Since our inception in 2019, the Solar Power Training Centre has been dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in the renewable energy sector. Our track record speaks volumes:
Diverse Clientele: Our expertise extends to a wide spectrum, ranging from collaborations with government Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to serving individuals and private enterprises. We’ve tailored our training to meet the needs of various sectors.
National Impact: We take pride in our nationwide initiative in partnership with the National Directorate of Employment (NDE). Conducting extensive training sessions, we’ve empowered 25 individuals in each of the 36 states of the federation, including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). This impactful endeavor has been successfully executed twice within the past two years.
COREN Accreditation: As a COREN accredited Solar training centre, our standards align with the highest industry benchmarks. This recognition underscores our commitment to delivering top-tier training that equips individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field.
SEPAN Affiliation: We’re honored to be registered members of the Sustainable Energy Practitioners Association of Nigeria (SEPAN). This affiliation demonstrates our active engagement in the sustainable energy community and our dedication to advancing the renewable energy landscape in Nigeria.
